# About Votu

Votu is an early experiment built on a single thesis: it's easy to organize ideas and topics at the surface level. Much harder, and more valuable, to uncover judgment — the calls underneath the decisions.

## The atomic unit

Every artifact in the library is a **judgment-move** with three primary fields:

- **Tension** — the competing-rights pair the practitioner was navigating
- **Position** — where on that tension they landed
- **Accepted Consequence** — what they gave up to land there

Plus full provenance: verbatim quote, speaker, timestamp, episode, source link.

## What's not here

No taxonomy of "decision types." No two-by-two matrix. No reversibility class. Those are labels, not primitives. The tension and the accepted consequence are the primitives. Everything else is the verbatim source.
