## Preface

AI generates fluent answers faster than any of us can read them. Judgment becomes the scarce thing — the act of binding yourself to one side of a tension and accepting what you're willing to lose.

The substance of judgment lies in that acceptance of consequence.

What survives into the archive collection is the version told by operators who succeeded enough to be asked, narrated with hindsight. We work with what survived, named for what it is.

When plausible answers are abundant, the human residue is what matters: what they committed to, which tensions they resolved, which uncertainties they absorbed.
